I am running wp 3.9.1 and a box didn't open when I pressing the tool tip button. I am a novice, but I thought the directions said click on the icon. Thank you for your help and patience.

If I create a tooltip in a table cell, it displays correctly on a desktop or laptop computer; however on a mobile device (specifically an Android phone), nothing happens when I tap the text that should cause the tooltip to appear. Tooltips that are not in tables work fine on the Android device.

Thank you for the fantastic plugin, saved me a ton of time. Super minor but clicking on the tooltip pop-up didn't close it as expected. I changed line 75:

tooltip.bind( 'click', remove_tooltip);

to:

tooltip.bind( 'click', function(){ remove_tooltip(); });

and it's working as expected now. Worth a patch in the future or a migration from .bind() to .on()?

In the dialog box within the admin it says, "The tip will pop up will the text is hovered".
