Contacts near soma

Need to address falses dendrite to dendrite contacts in and around soma due to thicker dendrites and close proximity

maybe set filter to remove contacts x um from the starting point.

XT_MJG_Filament_Analysis 24_beta troubleshooting

I used analysis 19 beta to find spots close to filaments and it worked well picking up the spots but the distances for some spots were off. I tried using the updated analysis 24_beta but the spots close to filament function crashes immediately. I'll be happy to help any way I can.

Dendrite self avoidance statistics

I am looking for ideas to include neuronal self avoidance stats...

Closest distance of terminal point to dendrite segments
Average distance of terminal branch to dendrite segments
Density of branching near terminal points
