ikiwiki-fullcalendar's Issues

events/periods are included twice at --rebuild

When the wiki is rebuilt (using the --rebuild option) all of the [[!event]] and [[!period]] directives will be included twice in the FullCalendar and the ical file.

This may be caused in the IkiWiki::Plugin::event::event and period subroutines which behave differently depending on their calling context: when called in void context they store $IkiWiki::pagestate data for the temporal information. Otherwise, they don't store any state information. When IkiWiki scans a page, it calls the directive subroutines in void context so this seemed like a good way of preventing the temporal metadata being stored at both scan and build times. This works as expected when ikiwiki is called with the --refresh option.

Perhaps there's something different about how directive subroutines are called when --rebuild is the option?
