Given I have deployed the service to the cloud
When a customer request for the service
Then our service should be available

As a User
I need to be able to reset the counter
So that I can start counting something afresh

• Use a action POST/reset

Acceptance Criteria

Given that counter value has advanced to 5
When I call reset on the service
Then I should the counter value to be 0

When I call update on the service 
Then I should be able to modify the counter value to another value like 35

As a Service Provider
I need the service to persist the last known count value
So that users don't lose track of their counts after the service is restarted

• We will use a Redis database
• Counter will be stored as name value pair

Given I have incremented the counter to 2
When I restart the service
Then the counter should still return 2
