The regular expression used to decide whether or not to insert a space after a comma correctly operates on lists of numbers which are fewer than three digits (e.g. 1,23,45,6,7), correctly skips numbers like 1,000, but incorrectly skips lists of numbers which are 3 or more digits (e.g. 1000,10001,1002).

Add a space after commas which are followed by non-whitespace characters, ideally excluding digits.

Useful for cleaning up when people cram all their arguments together (e.g. foo(bar,baz,boo) is better written as foo(bar, baz, boo)).

Take care not to screw up large numbers, though (e.g. 1,234,456,789).

It may also be worthwhile to call this whenever :WhiteWash is called depending on user options.

The :WhiteWash command should be able to operate on a range rather than just the entire buffer.
