What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Need "_settings.php" file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When i run the file its showing error. I think _settings.php file is missing in 
that folder


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Win 7, wamp server 2.2.

GetLots() should return a reference to the color scheme it uses instead of 
returning the entire color scheme.
