When using page view the ruler is still set as if the full width is used.

It seems that font size has changed, and #fontTest { font-size: 12px; } is now out of sync with the font size of the content.

I'm using 0.0.2 from the plugin manager (etherpad-lite-win-1.5.7-83597562c1). After changing ruler from None to any numeric value, I expected the font to change to monospace but it does not.

When I manually change font to Monospace, the ruler is set back to None and it fails to render until the page is reloaded, even if font is set back to Normal and ruler is re-enabled.

Using 0.0.2 from the plugin manager (etherpad-lite-win-1.5.7-83597562c1), the following error is produced when I change the ruler location:

I don't detect any incompatibilities between plugins; current installed are: adminpads, headings2, hide_referrer, print, ruler, small_list, spellcheck, tasklist.

Word wraps at 72 characters is the de-facto standard for e-mails.
