1. open about:compartments
2. search for editMenuOverlay.xul
3. notice there is no number after name
4. open a new window
5. close that window with close button
6. check editMenuOverlay.xul compartment on about:compartments again
7. still no number after name
8. open new window again
9. close that window with accel + w
10. check editMenuOverlay.xul compartment on about:compartments again
11. editMenuOverlay.xul compartment has now [2]

Overlaying the Browser and the Mail & News window would be enough, IMHO.

Based on our talk about the workflow, the first step is to introduce the pre postfix.
The second step is moving to "major versioning".
So the version should be 2pre.

A right click on the status bar shows first the default FF popup instead of the fuzzytime popup for changing the fuzzynes or the language.

Primarly to fill the commit id string into the renewed About window (#2).

Please note the new skin/ directory in issue #1 !
