Find a way so that the debugger communication is in binary, so it takes less space.

Add a better method to debug and a cleaner interface. A good model would be the JINX interface, but rewritten to be better at caching and can stop and reconnect to the device. It can also build and download to the robot as soon as necessary. This can be done with Java preferably as the language is reasonably fast and is fairly type safe with a lot of memory support. Another potential candidate would be C# as it implements the COM finder already
