It's similar to a fund goal if I'm not wrong, so you can set the target and the chapter only will be unlocked when the total of points reaches the target.

Put a max amount of locked chapters of a series, the oldest locked chapter will be unlocked in every new locked chapter, this is only possible to do when we have a series post type implemented within the plugin.

Honestly still unsure whether to make the plugin capable to have a series page & post type so posts as chapters can be related to the series by that we can easily determine prev/next chapter navigation, table of content link, and chapter's table of content.

The issue is translators usually use "page" as the real chapter which make the implementation complexity harder. Until there's a clear plan, a draft then.

Extends current [authcred-buy] shortcode to able set the custom cost amount instead of automatically calculated by MyCRED based on Exchange Rates that you set in the payment gateway settings.

MyCRED default behavior example:
Points: 60
Exchange Rate: 0.05$ * 60
Total = 3.00$

Our goal behavior example:
Points: 60
Cost: 1$
Total: 1$
