Repoforge is the new name of the RPMforge project.

Repoforge is a project that maintains RPM packages for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS and Scientific Linux. It consists of a set of repositories compatible with various RHEL versions.

To configure your system to install packages from Repoforge, install the appropriate rpmforge-release package for your distribution:

• EL 6: i686, x86_64
• EL 5: i386, x86_64, ppc
• EL 4: i386, x86_64, ppc
• EL 3: i386, x86_64

Repoforge welcomes contributions! To contribute a new package, or a fix to an existing package, use the following procedure:

1. Create an account on GitHub.
2. Fork our git repository.
3. Make changes and commit them to your fork.
4. Submit a pull request when your contribution is ready.
