The get on /widget/conf/ return the configurations of all the users

The get on the /widget/conf route returns the configurations of all the users of the area.

This is a problem because:

the frontend have to iterate on all the existing configurations of all the users
and select their widget only
if a widget hold sensitive data then everyone could fetch it

So instead of returning all the widget configurations, the route could require authentication and return the configurations of the authenticated user only.

Internal server error on widget configuration creation

Creating a widget configuration using the /widget/{id}/conf route raise an exception when the id does not refer to any existing widget.
