Allow for multiple defaults about nconf HOT 3 OPEN

@psirenny Does this not work currently? The initial call to .defaults() should set the values your attempting to get in the second .defaults() call.

@psirenny, I had very similar requirement and found nice workaround which is using configuration component with type set to literal as in the example below:

nconf
    .file('config', '/path/to/config')
    .defaults({store: {user: {firstName: 'John', lastName: 'Doe'}}})
    .add('defaults2', {type:'literal', store: {path: nconf.get('user:firstName') + ' ' +nconf.get('user:lastName')}});

Output of some configuration values:

console.info(nconf.get('path')) // gives 'John Doe'
console.info(nconf.get('user:firstName')) // gives 'John'

You can also add more levels of defaults using .add method; you will have to change name for any additional default (e.g. defaults3, defaults4 etc.).
