Асинхронный скрипт парсит задачи с сайта codeforces, разбивает на контесты по 10 задач, сохраняет в БД PostgreSQL, следом асинхронный телеграм бот по запросу выдаёт: Какие есть уникальные темы, какие сложности есть для этой темы, какие контесты есть на заданную тему и сложность, всю информацию по задачам в контесте.
