I would like to add CONTRIBUTING.md file to include the following mentioned features

• How to clone the repository
• Adding reference to the original repository
• Updating local copy of repository
• Creating a new branch
• Pushing commits
• If possible we can also include some pictures in it for a better look
• It should also include the link to the pull request template, bug report and feature request template
• Update README.md to include the link of CONTRIBUTING.md

Describe the bug
Currently, Text, Heading are not properly aligned.

• Problems:
  • Changing browser size doesn't change the layout
  • Clicking Analyze doesn't display the result (Fixed in #79)

Docker build will fail because of pkl file (~80 Mb) if there is weak internet connection

Expected behavior
Docker should pass build or use existing pkl model instead of downloading again

Docker build is fixed now. We want to run locally using pip install -r requirements.txt but it shows error. Fix it(useful for non windows 10 pro users)

The path for the PR template should be
.github/pull_request_template.md
instead of
.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/pull_request_template.md
for the PR template to work correctly.

When ever i tried to run it comes to the error as follows

NameError: name 'Path' is not defined

Include all parameters such as F1 score, accuracy, recall etc.
