Rethos sometimes hangs

@samkumar Rethos sometimes gets out of sync and stays there, with log messages like:

If you restart the process, it then works out fine. This is on known good hardware.

Dos line endings

Config files must tolerate DOS line endings. Config partition should be fat32 for osx

Ragent deadlock

There is a deadlock type situation where if the ragent disappears, brgw doesn't really progress. You would expect it to time out but in reality nothing much happens.
