When the task solution is updated, all related Submission.cache_is_correct, CTask.cache_admin_solved_count and Chain.cache_is_verified should be updated automatically.
If done during the competition, this might cause a chain suddenly disappear, in which case the admin should be warned (before or after doing the change).

For example, sending the verification email could be the last step of the registration process.
