POST with guid is clobbered by client
The client forces a new guid value (SecureRandom.uuid) for every post request in BitPay::RestConnector#post
This completely breaks the API idempotency guid feature. In order to build a system that can cleanly recover from a failure when creating a resource (with POST), the caller must be able to generate, store, and control the use of the guid param.
