Have you checked that you stay within 25 minutes? If not, maybe you can reduce the first part where you explain MPNNs. You should also make sure to have enough time to go slowly over the more technical slides 19-21 which contain the key methodology of the paper.

Some slides contain too much text, e.g. 16, 19, 28. Try to rely more on keywords and trust your audience to listen to what you say.

I think a minimal example on how coordinates/distances/angles change when you rotate/move a molecule in a 2d-plane might help to explain the invariances (instead of only stating them as on slide 15+16).

Even though this was already mentioned in other talks, you should make sure to highlight the motivation for 3d inputs and explain what problems this solves (e.g., recap stereoisomerism).
