We should fix the issues Github has highlighted on the repo.

Under ### 1.2: Scoring Creative Qualities for an entire response, it says:

total, raw, and ...

Is this sentence missing the word max? Also, the word total is mentioned but not referred to at any other point in the section – are total and max the same? Or is total related to the normalized score in ### 1.3 Scoring Creative Qualities globally?

Not sure if this is a common occurrence, but if we want to disregard addressing styling components until later in part 2, we may want to move them farther down the README.md so that it doesn't leave an open loop in the candidate's mind.

Separating part 2.2 into two sections (read more link and sort by name/score buttons) might be helpful as well since they are distinct, separate features.

It may improve the interview experience if we add hot reloading to the application so that the interviewer/interviewee don't need to wait as long for the page to refresh during the frontend portion of the challenge.
