Add localization support and a way to load strings without having to hardcode them

Freighters currently have no functionality.

• They should have some kind of shield that should be destroyed first, before the player can attack the freighter.
• The freighter should be able to spawn new enemies.

Player should respawn after dying until all space stations are destroyed
