Add a function to ownMine which easily allows to send commands through the RCON server.
This can be automated using the internal variables.
The RCON password will need to be stored.

Problem: When syncing to local storage, ownership becomes root:root. This does not allow the service to properly start for lack of privileges.

Suggestion: check rsync flags to operate over GID and UID ownership.

Currently, passwords are stored in plain text, which is a very bad practice for obvious reasons.
This needs to be fixed.

Constraints: The systemd service uses the password in plain text. Could it be encrypted?

Add the option to automatically build/install the mcrcon tool at the time of setup.
ownMine currently assumes this work is done by the user.
