This template is to help developers primarily adapt the application bar by the devices screen size. At this moment, the template includes a top AppBar being displayed when in tablet/PC mode along the page header. It is also displayed when a larger screen phone is in horizontal orientation. The bottom AppBar with the system accent color will be displayed when on a phone. Options to display how to minimize and stick will be added later.
