在线教育指标梳理

摘要

在进行了两次教育行业的竞品分析后，希望对在线教育行业获取全局认识，主要从数据方面入手，找到在线教育行业中的关键指标（KPI）。通过国内外公开数据库资源，探索教育类业务系统底层数据模型，从而设计在线教育行业数据分析系统。项目前期思路如下：

  1. 通过行业报告，行业领军企业，学术资讯等搜集关键指标并进行分类
  2. 通过国内外分析公司，行内数据分析公司经验中获得相应的数据模型
  3. 初步进行数据建模及后续系列工作
