What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install app
2. Set "translate text when clic icon"
3. Try to access preferences trough the extensions manager

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I should be able to access the preferences page, but nothing happened 

Please provide any additional information below.

Have tried rebooting, uninstalling and with older versions. Problem remais.

Plugin is looking wont working, because of i dont see bubble in polish page.

Remove the toolstrip and add an options button in chrome:extensions

Replace:
"toolstrips": [ "BubbleTranslate.html" ],

With:
"options_page": "preferences.html",
"background_page": "BubbleTranslate.html",

I've tested it and it is very nice (there will be some unused code in the 
BubbleTranslate.html, just delete it)

Can you add second language so we can translate from it to first. I mean that 
now we have one language that usually used to translate to our native 
language. It would be great if we would have second language to translate 
from our native language.

CWhen I try to install the version 0.4.1 I get an error with "Required value 
name is missing". I am using Chromium 4.0.222.3

Please include an auto translate feature which will automatically translate 
selected text without having to press the button or any shortcut keys.

When I ctrl+highlight text nothing happens and when I highlight the text 
and pres the T button on the extension strip the highlight turns grey and 
no translation appear.

I try to install BubbleTranslate-v0.3.crx but when I run it I see a error box 
that says: "invalid value for permissions [0]".

When select text is too large XMLHttpRequest resolve 'Request-URI Too Large'

1.  Test it on http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deutsche_Sprache (it works)
2.  Save the page on your harddisk
3.  load up the saved version and test it again and it doesn't work.

As of my upgrade from 4.0.213 to 4.0.223, bubble-translate now insists on 
cluttering up my toolbar with a distractingly out-of-color-scheme button. 
I'm requesting an option to move it back to the toolstrip.

Until then, I've disabled it.

That what I was looking for when I started using Chrome, but it seems Arabic 
language doesn't work. Would you please find the bug and fix it?

Expected to see translated text. Program doesn't show anything (even not a 
bubble)

Problem is related to using Google Translate. Google Translate changed 
design few hours ago and program stopped working.

Alt+T in Chromium is used for preference menu, so that it would be better to 
pick 
another one for Bubble Translate.

2. Run the test: http://acid3.acidtests.org/
3. Image corrupted, Acid test 3 scores 98 points (sometimes 97)

Should be 100/100, no failed tests
With bubble translate disabled the test runs fine.

This is what the "A" reports clicking on it:
Test 71 failed: expected "2" but got "3" - wrong number of children in HTML 
(first test)
Test 72 failed: expected "20" but got "10" - change failed to take effect
