Hi,

Thank you for developing such a great package for Bayesian inference. The interactive ShinyApp is super useful for communicating the model results and live inference. Unfortunately, it does not work properly even with toy BN. The network does not load and only shows a blank box.

It appears that runBayesNetApp() has not updated with the move of rcytoscape to cyjShiny. Please update functions across ui.R, server.R and global.R

(there is generally a nice one-to-one, up until lines 368-369 in server.R:
