we need to separate out the properties parsing out of the main plugin - this will reduce the size of the main class and will isolate the changes to a single object responsible for properties.

screen out bad data like invalid confidence interval ranges etc.

We need to rename minvalue and maxValue to clarify that these values represent the minimum and maximum bin edges.

Currently the weights text file is in the shared directory, but the properties for the study are in the properties file.

refactor to have all properties in the same file.
Consider adding a class to the project for properties so that the complexity of properties can be separated from the computation of confidence intervals and line simplification.

We can either use team city or we can use github actions. Either works for me.

we need to add some processing to participate in plugin marketplace -

1. we need to update the "registered plugins" list
2. we need to create a zip file with the proper configuration settings in the config file

Either filter first with DougPuker, then fine tune with vivy whyatt, or find a way to accomplish the goal with Douglas peuker. VivyWhyatt is too slow on it's own.

implement all tests except for those that use a normal distribution.

We need to give an example properties file to users to give them an easy head start in setting up the inputs to this plugin. We also need to document the inputs and what they do.
