Change of plans due to the Team reporting xc meets. Add xc results for an individual.

There is a dropdown menu with different seasons on a team page. Right now I only pull from the most recent season.

Allow someone to get results for a whole team which will include all individual results

Parse and note if a result was for cross country

Athletes can, for example, go to a multi-day meet on Saturday then to a different multi-day meet on Sunday which both started at the same time. Right now, start date is the key for meets.

SOLUTION: to have unique keys for meets, re-parse the html and get the meet ID from the hyperlink and use that as a key.

For events that include wind speed, record it
