AWS Envrionment Variables for Authentication

Hello, really like this utility! Should it be able to support authentication via aws environment variables (AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY, AWS_SESSION_TOKEN)? Wondering if this is a possible bug or if I've misconfigured something on my end. I was only able to connect to my instances once I created a profile and provided it via the --profile option.

I can only see 10 instances

When starting a session, without identifying an instance, I get a list of instances. In fact, of only 10. Where are the others?

Recover broken connection

I started a session in a ec2 instance. Then the network had issue and I got disconnected. My screen blocked.
Neither Ctrl-C, Ctrl-D got me back to the prompt.

What to do?
Also, can I recover what I was doing?
