The recent version v2.305.0 seems modified how to process annotations, and set a maximum character limit.
Based on a test, the annotations character limit is set to maximum 4096 characters (as of written this issue), where previously it can reach 600000 characters.
Users should check and keep annotations short and small to prevent get truncated.
