Comments: Good overall, but I can see a small problem. I feel that you're using vastly different datasets with different factors and combining them all together to make sense of any coherent trends might be difficult. I noticed that the regions in the ACCRA and Walkscore are differently partitioned for each location. For example, Walkscore seems to specify regions in San Diego, like La Jolla, whereas ACCRA only has data for the entire San Diego county, combining all of it's sub cities. How will you match data for these inconsistencies? Other than that, everything looks good and great job at keeping the write up concise and to the point.
