你好；我是新手在做注释，理解能力有限；第五步解决了模块问题；使用仍然报错，还不会太高的python技能，难解决报错

1、不懂说明文件中“（请不要保留无列名）”；这个具体什么意思呀

2、基因前缀可以随便设置吗？

eg：我整个文件内容：./hongshu.gff3 ./out.gff hongshu_chl 123 这是正确的嘛？

3、我使用就报错，新手确实不知道如何处理报错
