As of January 6, 2023, this module is unmaintained. If you would like to help revive it, please comment on #1 and someone will help you.

Alternatives for JSON with http4s include http4s-circe (in the core repo) and http4s-fabric.

After it's fixed upstream:

        .fold(

            DecodeResult.failureT(InvalidMessageBodyFailure(s"Could not decode JSON: $json", None)),
          DecodeResult.successT(_),
        )
    }

This swallows the error case of the fold which includes the JSON decoding error details.
