It would've been more appropriate to use the bug report template when opening the issue.
At the very minimum, I need to know html-to-text version you're using and exact options you provide to compile or convert function.
This issue might be related to #282 - fixed in version 9.0.4.
On the other hand, logged output seems like produced with format: 'block' for tables. In that case - I can't reproduce it and more effort from your side would be required to narrow it down. No errors with the code in master (should be the same as version 9.0.5).
(Side note: Your attached file is in UTF16, and I also can't see the Euro sign and some other characters properly - incorrect encoding was used when pasting from source to this text file.)
