Type an M x M matrix for your open quantum system Hamiltonian, and give a spectral density (analytic or numerical). FeynDyn gives the density matrix dynamics according to the Leggett-Caldeira bath or the Feynman-Vernon bath at any temperature. Can do up to 16 qubits (65536 levels) and infinitely many bath modes. feyndyn's Issues

Proofreading of Camilo's work to do.

  1. Exponential for e^V
  2. Transfer transformations of the system operators and b and b^dagger to a new document.
  3. wbb^dagger
  4. Work through the H_I once it gets it's font shrunk like for H_S. (then insert it into VPQME_PAPER)
  5. Work through derivation of final variational parameters.

Work for Camilo to do.

  1. After the sentence "Using the integral representation we could obtain that:the expected value for the displacement operator", there should be some explanation of where this first equation comes from. For example, there is a \pi and an N, whereas before there was not.

Camilo's VPQME_PAPER changes.

  1. Eq. 34 just interaction picture-like thing?
  2. Equations that are too small: 38, 62-63, 73-77, Eq. 79 and all similar

Eqs 75-76 need better \lvert and \rvert

  1. Why Eq. 37 has two transformations?
  2. Walk me through rest of derivation.

Citing 101

Hi Just noticed a post on figshare referring to your repository, can you give a demonstration post of how a GitHub new user who's likely to be from academia used to windows can approach the interface and cite code to reference in a whitepaper?

I would love to rephrase the question but this will have to do.
