i coped this config to my project. but it need the plugin. when i to try installed it i have error.

npm install does not run because of the following error:

npm ERR! 404  '[email protected]' is not in the npm registry.

Had to remove package-lock.json to properly set up all packages.

I cloned, then ran yarn watch in one terminal, then yarn serve in another. I hit http://localhost:5000. I view source, then click on dist/bundle.css and it is not there. Network tab shows a 404.
