Copy generic satellite workflow and customize

Although we can export a toast focalplane and use that with the existing toast example workflow, as soon as we have some litebird-specific operations in this repo we should make an equivalent "standard" workflow here.

Add IMO interface

Now that a demonstration IMO web API exists, we should provide a script that generates a local toml file from the IMO. Then we can use this file directly with our existing tools.

Focalplane export not working

Hi ,
am not sure this is the right place for this issue.
when running lbt_export_focalplane , i get this error

AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'create_dataset'

Think the issue is that in

litebirdtask/litebirdtask/scripts/export_focalplane.py

Line 56 in 3a5a5ab

fp.save_hdf5(args.out)

args.out is a str not an hdf5.Group.

Changing that line into something like :

import h5py 
    f = h5py.File(args.out,'w')
    grp = f.create_group("focalplane")
    fp.save_hdf5(args.out )
    f.close()

might do the work. Any suggestion ?
