Can this run on login?
Eve is great, but having to start it every time you boot is inconvenient.
Eve stopped working
For some reason, the eve application has suddenly stopped working. I did a rescan database but it came up with 0. I am currently running mountain lion and the version of eve is 1.2.0 and also when I tried to update it said I was up to date.
F.Y.I - I am your biggest fan and seriously thinking about contributing some code to this amazing project.
Console Log file
Request:
a) That Eve make use of it's own log file, instead of the system.log.
b) Or an option to disable debug out put.
Reason - Eve creates a great deal of output. This causes some issues:
a) Trying to read through the system.log is difficult do to the added clutter.
b) For people that use GeekTool to keep an eye on the system.log, there is too much spam to be useful.
Besides the large amount of debug output, Eve is a great program.
Check for Updates not works
in 1.1.0 and in 1.2.0
the check in 1.1.0 for update gives me no answer but this error in the logfile:
