Should be pretty straighforward to push changes to README.mkd back to
my blog whenever it changes.

Would also be an opportunity to push a fresh XPI somewhere.

There is a little bit of a bug with mouseout events and the bounding box
on textareas; the mouseout event fires at the edge of the textarea and
not the edge of its bounding box. So strict numeric comparisons based
on the textarea size will be wrong.

It is also possible that for two adjacent textareas, the mouse cursor
can move between them without firing the mouseout event. Ugh!

Some questions though:

* What is the "Selector" feature (in Domain Specific Options).
* I suspect the plugin forces the ISO-8859-1 encoding. Is there a
  way to make it pass through the encoding of the edited page or
  force another encoding (as in the plugin "It's all text")

The global options are just saved onchange, no reason I can't do this for the domain options as well.
