Enhancement: Identify Invalid Addresses and provide count breakdown

I've gotten lists where addresses that should not be assigned are present (source only addresses, reserved blocks, etc). Considering implementing a feature in my next dev work on this where it will identify known reserved blocks / addresses that should not be assigned, flag them in the output, and provide a breakdown of count with them included and without them included.

Examples of reserved blocks to include:
0.0.0.0/8 (reserved for source only; should never be used as an assignment)
192.0.2.0/24 (reserved for documentation; should never be assigned)
127.0.0.0/8 (loopbacks)
255.255.255.255/32 (broadcast address)

And more as defined by IETF.

Currently does not handle short-hand IP formats

Currently ipCounter does not handle shorthand IP formats. IPv4 won't be too difficult to add; I need to reformat my dev box, so I'm opening this so I don't forget.

Examples of shorthand:

1 --> 0.0.0.1 (this isn't actually an assignable address, as per the RFC 0.0.0.0/8 is reserved for source addresses. Debating inclusion due to other enhancement: #2
1.1 --> 1.0.0.1
1.1.1 --> 1.1.0.1
