Since OS X isn't for developers, I want to sub out nokogiri (and any other dependencies with c extensions).

I get an email from someone every week or three about this exact issue. Blows my mind that people actually argued to me that no one would ever run into this scenario. Cocoa developers are angry.

This occurs when it searches for the timezone and does not seem to match the timezone as +0100 is my timezone.
