Ethical approval: Yes, #2020-05177, #2021-03034, #2021-04705, #2021-05317-02 Title of project: Individual differences in the acute response to experimentally induced inflammation: brain and psychological predictors. A randomized placebo-controlled study using experimental endotoxemia in healthy human volunteers (preregistration: https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/MGU73)
The Computational Anatomical Toolbox (CAT12.8.1, r2043) (Gaser & Dahnke, 2016), implemented in MATLAB R2022b (Mathworks, Natick, MA, USA) will be used to preprocess the T1-weighted MRI data. Default and recommended settings will be used. For details, see file above (specify_cat12_longitudinal_Sep2022.m).
