1. Clone the repository from GitHub:
   git clone https://github.com/harshitethic/telegram-gpt-bot.git
2. Navigate to the project directory:
   cd telegram-gpt-bot
3. Install the required dependencies using NPM:
   npm install
4. Create a .env file in the root directory of the project and add your API keys for OpenAI and the Telegram bot. Example:
   API_KEY_GPT=YOUR_OPENAI_API_KEY
API_KEY_BOT=YOUR_TELEGRAM_BOT_API_KEY
5. Run the bot using the command:
   node index.js
