phpspec-data-provider's Issues

Wrong order displaying the results with the pretty formatter

Since the new examples are added at the end of the specification list, all of them are executed at the end

80 ✔ can convert a string to lowercase
102 ✔ can get the date
80 ✔ 1) it can convert a string to lowercase: already lowercase
80 ✔ 2) it can convert a string to lowercase: first capital
80 ✔ 3) it can convert a string to lowercase: camel case
80 ✔ 4) it can convert a string to lowercase: respect spaces
80 ✔ 5) it can convert a string to lowercase: unicode characters
102 ✔ 1) it can get the date: today
102 ✔ 2) it can get the date: tomorrow

A better output could be:

80 ✔ 1) it can convert a string to lowercase: already lowercase
80 ✔ 2) it can convert a string to lowercase: first capital
80 ✔ 3) it can convert a string to lowercase: camel case
80 ✔ 4) it can convert a string to lowercase: respect spaces
80 ✔ 5) it can convert a string to lowercase: unicode characters
102 ✔ can get the date
102 ✔ 1) it can get the date: today
102 ✔ 2) it can get the date: tomorrow

Or

80 ✔ can convert a string to lowercase
  80 ✔ 1) already lowercase
  80 ✔ 2) first capital
  80 ✔ 3) camel case
  80 ✔ 4) respect spaces
  80 ✔ 5) unicode characters
102 ✔ can get the date
 102 ✔ 1) today
 102 ✔ 2) tomorrow

Wrong count and weird display using the dot formatter

The dot formatter relies on a count on the examples in a suite before the examples with data providers are added, this makes the count of the examples wrong, plus some extra dots appearing in the output

See as example the output generated testing ExampleSpec

... 3 / 3.........

1 spec
12 examples (12 passed)

Expected output

.............. 12 / 12

1 spec
12 examples (12 passed)
