When viewing the RSS feed through this addon, the dates are missing. Checking via an RSS validator reveals that some tags are not recognized like pubdate. According to the RSS specification, pubDate is indeed part of the specification, albeit with different capitalization.

In the post «Grayjay is not Open Source» you're implying that FUTO is owned by Louis Rossmann («Louis explains his reason behind the custom license»), but actually it's owned by his billionaire pal Eron Wolf, who says this about the license (from FUTO's public Zulip chat):

and about the comparison of that to EULA roofing:
