GTA-VC

GTA VC Theme is a Visual Studio Code theme that features a colorful and vibrant design inspired by the Grand Theft Auto -Vice City.

Installation


  1. Open Visual Studio Code
  2. Click on the "Extensions" icon in the left-hand side panel
  3. Search for "GTA VC"
  4. Click "Install"
  5. Once installed, click "Reload" to activate the theme

Alternatively, you can install the theme manually by following these steps:

  1. Download the latest release from the GitHub repository
  2. Open Visual Studio Code
  3. Go to Extensions in the sidebar
  4. Click on the More Actions button (three dots) and select Install from VSIX...
  5. Select the downloaded VSIX file and click Install

Usage

Once GTA VC Theme is installed, you can activate it by following these steps:

Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the window to open the settings menu. Click on "Color Theme". Select "GTA VC" from the dropdown menu.

Customization

Make changes to theme or add new functionalities, package it into a vsix file and then test locally by pressing ctrl + shift + p > enter Extensions: install from vsix > select the file for more details about this step, refer here

Features

GTA VC Theme is designed to be easy on the eyes while providing a visually stunning experience. It features a yellow, blue and purple color scheme reminiscent of the vice city game, with vibrant accents that make the code pop. [docs] Create Readme for Project

With hope of building upon this project as the next favourite VS code theem, we would need more hands. Therefore havibng a detailed Readme would be nice
