Is it currently possible to define a keyboard shortcut for it?

One commenter noted that it would be good to have a menu item to open link in new tab, not current one. I think that I just need to change default behavior to open in new tab, opening in current tab is usually unneeded.

As per https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/SDK/High-Level_APIs/private-browsing#Opting_into_private_browsing I must specifically register my addon for private browsing.

The majority of the time, I just want to open the latest save that archive.org has available. There should be a option to have the button behave this way.

IMO there's no real point to bring users to the save calendar page. When you open a save, the timeline is displayed above the saved page anyway. The save version can be changed just as easily from there.

It worked the very first time I tried it, but then damaged something such that ALL APPS fail on clicking on things that cause drop down menus to open.

Typing "1" as part of Lubuntu user login triggers Lubuntu suspend/hibernate/reboot/shutdown menu to open.

utter chaos - uninstalled, but Firefox problems remain.

According to this addon, wayback-for-firefox blocks electrolysis in Firefox. It would be nice to fix this, so that users of Electrolysis can continue using this addon.

Sometimes, rather than serving a proper 404 error, sites will replace deleted pages with a 302 or similar redirection to some "helpful" error message.

It would be really nice, in this situation, to be able to click the Wayback Machine button and view the archived version of the original URL - i.e., the URL that I actually typed into the URL bar, the URL that I bookmarked, or the target of the link that I clicked on.

Another thing I'd love is to be able to take a snapshot whenever I want. This can currently be done under: https://archive.org/web/ on the UI

Maybe rewrite from scratch using TDD. This extension is trivial enough for this.
