In #16 I added the source for Bebauungspläne. I need to parse that number in the text.

In a lot of press releases we only find names of schools. We need to make sure we can put them on a map.

The data is injected into the database with #16 and might have the following format:

Sometimes the press releases are published before the data is available on the Bebauungspläne source. We might need to re-parse the text when new plans are added? Or add placeholder markers so that these are easier to find?

We need to show a map on the landing page. If the user clicks on it, or enters her address in a field above, the system should load the items round 2km of that point and show them in a nice list. When clicking on the item in the list, a new page should open and show the details to this item.
