Write a README file for the project server side

We need a README file in the project root that conveys the generals about the Glasslenses server side

Setup infrastructure

We need to configure an infrastructure using Terraform with the following:

DynamoDB database
VPC that will encapsulate DynamoDB
Lambda with a function that is responsible to insert and fetch data from MongoDB
SecretsManager instance to store sensitive data

Spike - Create Glassdoor scraper

Since we don't have access to Glassdoor API (denied by their team) we need to make a scrapper that will fetch this info manually from the Glassdoor webpage. We'll use Python for that. Check out Beautiful Soup library
