U+233C5 T6-282B is CNS's error form of U+233C4

The phonetic for U+4940 䥀 and U+2975A 𩝚 is wrong.
The right hand side should be 𧈪 (chan3) instead of 蚩 (chi1).

The source of U+2F8DB is T4-2447 which comes from MOE dictionary entry C05067-007. However, the quoting source is 《集韻》 and the evidence shows the glyph to be ⿰木巳, which is also more phonetically correct as it is a variant of 㭒. The 研訂說明 also mentions that it is a variant of 杞 (U+675E) but provides no justification or evidence.

Therefore, U+2F8DB should more appropriately canonically decompose to 𣏌 (U+233CC) instead of 杞 (U+675E).

Since there is currently no T-source for 𣏌 (U+233CC), it is suggested that either:
(1) Correct the glyph of T4-2447 to match the evidence and the 研訂說明 in MOE Dictionary, then change the mapping to 𣏌 (U+233CC), and orphan U+2F8DB by assigning new UCI source.
(2) Create a new codepoint in CNS11643 and map it to U+233CC.

The glyph of T6-5051 has changed such that it now matches 𠄃 (U+20103) instead.
